Resurrection Eggs for Families
Today’s devotion looks different because I wanted it to be an interactive event we can use throughout this week leading up to Easter.
Resurrection Eggs for Family Devotions
Did you ever do the Resurrection Eggs with your children? Our family had a set of these eggs, and it was such a powerful visual to the story of Easter.
I wanted to give us something visual to use during this Easter season. So, I created Ressurection Eggs for adults and families. There are no actual eggs involved (unless you want there to be), but a journey through Jesus’ last week on earth, as told through the Gospels.

Twelve cards represent the Easter Story, just like the 12 eggs in the Resurrection Eggs. There are 12 declarations we can declare over our lives in response to the Bible verses. Finally, there is a Bible reading plan which takes you through the Easter Story, as told in all four Gospels.
I continue to pray for you and your families as we prepare our hearts for Easter Sunday next week.

Heavenly Father, we enter this week changed because of you and your life on earth, we are thankful for the events of Passion week leading up to the ultimate sacrifice made for us. Even in the midst of a Pandemic, we gladly celebrate Easter and worship the risen Savior. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
